Rollbacks in Factions/Skyblock
Skyblock does not have a rollback system yet. Therefore, we cannot compensate you if you unfairly lose items due to a cheater or a bug. If you purchased a mini-helper in our store and unfairly lost said item, we can compensate you in some circumstances.
If you died in Factions due to a cheater or server issue and have video evidence supporting this, please submit a rollback request at https://ngmc.co/request. We usually review these within a few days, but it can take up to 7 days.
We may deny your rollback request if you keep asking staff to review it.
We may deny your rollback request if the selected inventory has already been rolled back.
We may ban you from the rollback system if we detect attempts at abuse.
